In the heart of Machchar colony, Karachi’s biggest slum, in the midst of the myriad challenges facing the largely Bengali population living here, Imkaan Welfare Organization is a breath of fresh air and hope.

Khel is Imkaan’s one of a kind purpose built facility born of the need to provide recreation and nurture the physical and emotional needs of the children living here.

This 14th August, marking Pakistan’s 70th year of independence, the young enthusiasts at Khel treated audiences to an impressive and heart-warming display of music, dance and gymnastics.
