The Pakistani romantic comedy Janaan recently had its European premiere at London’s Cineworld, The O2. The film’s stars, Armeena Khan, Bilal Ashraf and Ali Rehman Khan, added glamour to the event as did singer Haroon, Pakistani actor and model Wiqar Ali Khan, urban Punjabi singer Tasha Tah and TV personality Yasmin Karimi to name a few.

The film will be showcasing the beauty of Swat as the story centres around the character of Armeena Khan, who has lived extensively in Canada and returns to her native Swat for a family wedding. Romance, humour and self-discovery follow as the story unfolds.

Now it remains to be seen how the film will be received by expat audiences and those at home. Watch the trailer below.
